An Intensive Outpatient Program is a structured, part-time treatment option for individuals recovering from substance use or co-occurring mental health disorders. IOP provides 9 to 15 hours of therapy per week, typically spread over 3 to 5 days, allowing clients to live at home or in sober living while receiving consistent, clinically guided support.
